रोहतक दुष्कर्म और हत्या के केस में सजा काट रहा डेरा सच्चा सौदा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम फरलो पर जेल से रिहा हो गया है। वह हरियाणा में रोहतक की सुनारिया जेल में बंद था। जेल से छोड़े जाने के साथ ही उसके अनुयायी उसे छिपाकर डेरा ले जा रहे हैं।राम रहीम की रिहाई पंजाब में चुनाव से 13 दिन पहले हुई है। पंजाब के 23 जिलों में 300 बड़े डेरे हैं, जिनका सीधा दखल सूबे की राजनीति में है। यह डेरे पंजाब के माझा, मालवा और दोआबा क्षेत्र में अपना वर्चस्व रखते हैं।
डेरा सच्चा सौदा हरियाणा के सिरसा जिले में स्थित है। इसका पंजाब के मालवा रीजन की करीब 69 सीटों पर प्रभाव है। गुरमीत राम रहीम की रिहाई के मद्देनजर सुनारिया जेल के बाहर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई थी। सिरसा डेरा के प्रमुख राम रहीम का 21 दिन की फरलो (छुट्टी) का आवेदन हरियाणा जेल विभाग पहले ही मंजूर कर चुका था। रोहतक के कमिश्नर के दस्तखत के बाद उसे जेल से बाहर लाया गया।राम रहीम को फरलो मिलने की जानकारी सिरसा डेरे को मिलते ही वहां से 10 गाड़ियों का एक काफिला राम रहीम को लेने रोहतक की सुनारिया जेल के लिए रवाना हुआ। इसमें राम रहीम की मां नसीब कौर समेत कई सेवादार शामिल थे। डेरे में श्रद्धालु भी खुशियां मनाने लगे हैं। राम रहीम दो साध्वियों से दुष्कर्म और दो हत्याओं के मामले में सुनारिया जेल रोहतक में सजा काट रहा है।
हरियाणा के CM खट्टर बोले- चुनावी कनेक्शन नहीं
राम रहीम को फरलो मिलने पर हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा है कि सभी समाज को पता है कि फरलो का चुनाव से कोई संबंध नहीं है। यह संयोग भर है और इसकी जानकारी सभी के पास है। कोई भी कैदी जेल में तीन साल पूरे होने के बाद इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन रोल देखता है कि इससे कोई कानून व्यवस्था प्रभावित तो नहीं हो रही। आवेदन के बाद उसका निरीक्षण करके फैसला लिया जाता है। पहले भी कोर्ट के बहुत से फैसले इस पर आ चुके हैं।
दो दिन पहले मंत्री ने कहा था- फरलो या पैरोल हर कैदी का हक
हरियाणा के जेल मंत्री रणजीत सिंह चौटाला ने दो दिन पहले बयान दिया था कि फरलो या पैरोल लेना हर कैदी का अधिकार है। इसके बाद राम रहीम को 21 दिन की फरलो मिल गई। उसे आज सुबह ही सुनारिया जेल से निकाला गया है। फरलो देते हुए एक कड़ी शर्त यह रखी गई है कि वह 21 दिन पुलिस की निगरानी में रहेगा। उसका अधिकांश समय डेरे में ही व्यतीत होगा।
8 महीने में दूसरी बार जेल से बाहर आएगा गुरमीत
साध्वियों के यौन शोषण मामले में सजा काट रहे डेरा प्रमुख ने 17 मई 2021को मां की बीमारी का हवाला देकर 21 दिन की इमरजेंसी पैरोल की मांग की थी। इस आवेदन पर उसे 21 मई 2021 को 12 घंटे की पैरोल मिली थी। इस तरह पिछले 8 महीने में राम रहीम को दूसरी बार जेल से रिहाई मिल रही है।
डेरे की राजनीतिक विंग 2006-07 में बनी
डेरे की स्थापना 1948 में शाह मस्ताना ने की थी। 1960 में शाह सतनाम डेरे की गद्दी पर बैठे। इसके बाद 1990 में 23 साल की उम्र में राम रहीम डेरे की गद्दी पर बैठा था। साल 2006-07 में डेरा सच्चा सौदा ने राजनीतिक विंग बनाई। इसमें डेरा प्रमुख के विश्वासपात्र लोग शामिल हैं। साथ ही हर राज्य की 45 सदस्यीय कमेटी भी गठित की।
इन चुनाव में रही डेरे की भागीदारी
साल 2007, 2012, 2017 के पंजाब विधानसभा चुनावों में डेरे ने पूरी तरह से भागीदारी की। 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव और हरियाणा विधानसभा चुनाव में डेरा प्रमुख ने PM के स्वच्छ भारत मिशन की सराहना करते हुए समर्थन दिया। सभी नेता वोटों की राजनीति के लिए डेरे में माथा टेकने पहुंचते हैं। पंजाब के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरेंद्र सिंह भी विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले पत्नी और परिवार के साथ डेरे में पहुंच चुके हैं। बादल परिवार भी डेरे में हाजिरी लगा चुका है।
